COM-Express Carrier Design Services

Having a custom Com-Express carrier board designed to your specification is quick and affordable. You choose the desired peripherals from our extensive library of proven design elements, define board shape and connector positions and we will generate your set of schematics within a few days.

If you wish to add elements that are not available in our library, you may have them included by submitting schematics or a functional specification so that our developers at Knowledge Resources can implement the desired functionality.

After inclusion of your product specific additions and your approval of the schematics, we will generate an impedance controlled layout to your form-factor specifications. This stage is usually completed within 2 calendar weeks.

Prototype PCB Production and assembly are then scheduled for immediate execution. Our extensive inventory of the most commonly used peripheral components assures minimal lead times and usually allows us to deliver completed prototypes within 3 weeks or less, without any rush charges.
